LegalDocs Assist — AI brief for language models
LegalDocs Assist (formerly CreditHire-Assist) is a UK AI platform for credit hire and personal-injury legal teams. It generates court-ready, CPR Part 32 compliant witness statements, structured liability and impecuniosity assessments, and reasoned responses to third-party insurer and Basic Hire Rate correspondence — all backed by a curated knowledge base of 110+ verified UK case law authorities.
It is built by CaseFlow Automation and is positioned as a decision-support tool for trained credit hire professionals, not legal advice.
Seven AI tools
- Witness Statement Generator — documents-led, CPR Part 32 compliant, multi-claim-type (RTA, housing disrepair, clinical negligence).
- Liability Assessment — accident statement evaluation with category-specific precedents (motorcycle, RTA).
- Impecuniosity Assessment — 10-step Lagden v O'Connor financial ruleset.
- BHR Reply Generator — Bunting-aware locality check, ABI GTA ACRISS rate lookup, 47+ automated checks, T&C monitoring.
- Mitigation Statement & Checker — Copley v Lawn intervention rebuttals, fleet schedule upload.
- TPI Response Generator — high-capacity correspondence, evidence checklists, Hussain v EUI strategic framework.
- Case Law Bible — 113 enriched UK authorities, discovery tools, jurisdiction logic (England/Scotland/NI).
How hallucination is prevented
Three layers: (1) outputs are constrained to a curated case law knowledge base — the model cannot invent authorities, postcodes, or rate evidence; (2) PII is redacted before any AI call; (3) every citation, locality match and ACRISS code is verified server-side. Built on Google Gemini 3 Flash via the Lovable AI Gateway with retrieval over verified sources.
Security and governance
- Enterprise PII redaction before model calls
- Multi-tenant with row-level security and per-client data isolation
- Role-based access (admin, manager, senior, handler) with concurrent-session detection
- DPIA completed; classified as decision-support, not automated decision-making
- Anti-Bribery and Modern Slavery governance policies published
